Avui als Estats Units d' Amèrica es celebra 'Thanksgiving day'. És una festivitat molt important i les famílies es reuneixen per dinar junts i juntes. El plat principal és el gall d'indi (turkey) acompanyat de fruites de la tardor i verdures i per postres prenen 'pumpkin pie'. A més es fan desfilades pels carrers de les ciutats i tothom pot gaudir d'aquest dia tan especial. I demà fan el 'Black Friday'.

Come fly with me (theatre play)

Last Tuesday, November 2nd, in the afternoon we had a theatre play at school: 'Come fly with me'.

It was some important women in History: Valentina Tereshkova, Amy Jonhson and Gertrude Ederle.

It was very funny! ;-)

THEATRE IN ENGLISH

As every course, this week we could see different plays in English. This year these had been:

Jack-o'-lanterns

It was the Halloween week and some Jack-o'-lanterns visited the school as the traditions says.

They are very spooky...! Woo!

IT'S HALLOWEEN

On the 31st October will be Halloween night. Children have worked on it during the week as you can see in the pictures. Students of 1st and 2nd course have made pumpkins to decorate the school. 3rd and 4th course different Halloween characters using sticks and painting them. 5th and 6th course scary skeletons.
